...we've heard this often. Indeed, the TASCHENBEGLEITERS SO_20, SO_22, SO_23 didn't have one before. As you wished for it so frequently, we've made the change. The knotted round elastic runs through a metal eyelet on the back of your TASCHENBEGLEITER. If you don't want an elastic closure, simply pulss it out.
